Changes

Well ive decided to expand what I blog about..... So will blog about my 40k, mostly about the hobby.

Last Night did some more work on PJ's orks, a commission for a friend, to get soem of his Orks painted, table top quality only.

Used my premixed Grime Wash, which is Black Ink, Gun Metal Paint, Glaze Medium, Kleer Floor Polish and a little water.

Having a some metallic paint it the wash leaves it with a gritty looking finish, which looks great on Orks.

Also working on converting some Warhammer Crypt Ghouls into Plaguebearers for a new Daemon Army. I ended up cutting the ghouls diagonally through the hip/stomach on an angle and reversing the hip joint to take them from the hunched position to a more upright stance. The joint was then cover with a small amount of model filler mixed with some solvent cement.

This experiment worked well with them Ghouls ending up with a enlarged stomach very similar to the actual GW models

I also added a single horn to each head using some spares from the Chaos Spawn sprues
